APRM Gets New Lease of Life with Ramaphosa At the Helm: South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, has taken over from Idriss Deby, President of the Republic of Chad,as the new chairman of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) on the sidelines of the AU Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
